
On New Year's Eve, we discovered this great little alcove of a beach, not three or four minutes' drive from our apartment. When we visited the first time, it was just us and a handful of people with their dogs. Today, it was pretty much just us. S-
weet! Of course, it was nearly dark outside by the time we got there. We just caught the tail end of the sun setting over the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco skyline.
I think we'll find ample ways to be happy here. Milk prices notwithstanding. :)

I am SO grateful that your children will grow up by the ocean. . . at least for a few years. . . God is watching out for you!
