Isaac is in love with apple juice. When he wakes up in the morning, one of the first things he cries for is "Apple joooo! Apple jooooooo! Apple joo?" He was upset at the store one time, bored with sitting in the cart, and shouting at the top of his lungs (not a tantrum, just his I'm-fascinated-by-how-much-noise-I'm-capable-of-producing "AAAAAAAHHHHH!"). All I had to do was walk down the juice aisle and put a big bottle of Great Value, no-sugar-added juice in the seat next to him. He snickered and kicked his little feet with joy, then hugged the bottle, resting his little cheek on it, the rest of the trip. We currently give it to him nearly half-diluted with water. I can only imagine how his addiction will intensify the day we give him the pure stuff.
And random funny Spencer story ... Spencer can get very upset if, in trying to hurry him along in the bathroom, we flush the toilet for him. Possibly this is because we're denying him of one of his favorite bathroom rituals: standing over the toilet bowl and chanting as it flushes, "Whirlpool, whirlpool, where-are-you? Whirlpool, whirlpool, where-are-you?" I have no idea why he does this or what it really means. But it cracks us up every time. What a couple of crazy kiddos. :)
